Basics HR offers you the possibility to look at your career in a professional and informal way.
Basics HR hereby acts as an independent en honest company and investigates what you are looking for and what your wishes are in a new job.
Basics HR selects a number of vacancies and will discus them with you. In case of an interesting vacancy, Basics HR will introduce you to our employer(s) and help and advise you throughout the complete selection process.

Although we have not found you a new job; we would like to keep in contact with you throughout your career, so we could maybe help each other in the future.

 

Candidate: from Vacancy to Placement

Step 1: Introduction
The applicant is known with an open vacancy, the applicant is familiar with Basics Hospitality Recruitment and he/she sends an open job application.

In case we have an open vacancy which suits the applicants’ resume, he/she will be invited for an intake. If a candidate is not familiar with an open vacancy and ‘just’ walks in, we offer the possibility of organizing an intake right away.

Step 2: First Intake
Basics Hospitality Recruitment will introduce herself and the applicant will introduce him/herself.

Step 3: Inventory of needs and wishes
The needs and wishes of the applicant will be determined. These needs and wishes will be matched with a possible open vacancy.

The job description will be handed over to the applicant so he/she has the possibility to think it over.

Step 4: Second Intake
In case there are suitable vacancies and the applicant is interested in one or more vacancies, there will be a second interview.

During this interview the function will be discussed in detail and the applicant will be prepared for a possible interview with our client. This interview will be held by another recruiter than the recruiter who led the first intake, the reason for this is to get a better view of the candidate.

Step 5: Reflection
Both parties will think about the job interviews. For the applicant this means self reflection.

Step 6: Introduction to our Client
In case the reflection is positive, the applicant will be introduced to our client.

Step 7: Introduction
We will introduce the applicant to our client. In one or more conversations/interviews there will be determined if there is a match between the client and the applicant or not.
