Who are we?
Basics HR has arisen from the International Hotelschool The Hague, and has been active since 1993. As a result of the relation and cooperation with the Hotelschool The Hague and since 5 years with the Hotelschool The Hague in Amsterdam as well, many of our candidates are Hotelschool graduates.
Not only our candidates have a hospitality background, the Recruiters of Basics HR are all graduates of the Hotelschool as well. This means that they can operate as hospitality recruitment specialists and are able to provide proper conciliation for both the employer as the employee.

How do we recruit?
Basics HR has an extensive network of candidates with a hospitality background. As a member of several hospitality related network organisations and being present at various events, the network of Basics HR is updated and expanding. Beside these activities we consider it important to maintain good relationships with several hospitality schools, Basics HR sponsors various Student Associations and advertises at well-known job boards.
Basics HR approaches their candidates personally at all times and follows them through their career from job to job. Therefore, headhunting is also used as a recruitment method.
How do we select?
By carefully reading CV’s and interviewing the candidates, Basics HR tries to find out what the personal ambitions and interests of these candidates are. Their capacities and personal development will be discussed and will finally lead to a complete profile, which can lead to the perfect job and the perfect company for a new career.
By hesitation and/or on request of the employer, Basics HR can provide the option of having a professional scientific grounded research done in association with independent partners.
